• What are the ingredients in Boric Life?
  The only ingredient in Boric Life is high-quality, pharmaceutical grade boric acid! Each Boric Life suppository contains the exact doctor-recommended amount of boric acid (600mg) needed to promote soothing and moisturizing for the vaginal area.
• How do you insert a boric acid suppository?
  • Wash your hands thoroughly before you take the capsule out of its package.
  • Gently insert one suppository as far as it can comfortably go into your vagina. You may also use NutraBlast’s Suppository Applicators to guarantee a successful and clean insertion.

  Helpful Tip: It is best to insert Boric Life suppositories at night to make sure the pill stays in place. Wearing a panty liner is advised as you may experience some discharge from the pill!
• Is Boric Life vegan? Is it cruelty free?
  Yes to both! In fact, it’s one of our competitive advantages! Most boric acid suppliers use gelatin capsules, however, we only use vegetable capsules for our boric acid powder.
• Can you use Boric Life while pregnant or breastfeeding?
  Never use Boric Life if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Will Boric Life interfere with my multivitamin pills?

• Can I have sex while using Boric Life?
  Sorry ladies, this is a no from us! You should avoid having sexual intercourse while you are using Boric Life. Once regimen is complete, you should wait 24 hours after inserting Boric Life to have sex.
• I noticed I am getting thick, clumpy discharge after using Boric Life. Is this normal?
  Totally! This just means you may not have inserted the pill high enough into your vagina. The discharge is just the excess boric acid coming out with your normal discharge (the vagina is a self-cleaning machine!).
  Most women wear a pad when using Boric Life to contain the excess discharge.
• Can I insert Boric Life while I am on my period?
  Yes! Many women use Boric life a few days before their period to soothe excessive vaginal odor. Women also like to use Boric Life after their period to help maintain a healthy vaginal pH Balance.
  Of course, if you would like to continue the regimen during your period, it’s 100% safe! However, we advise you to wear a pad rather then use tampons while you are using Boric Life.
• What if I miss a dose of Boric Life?
  If you miss a dose, don’t panic! Just use it as soon as you can. If it is almost time for your next dose, use only that dose. Do not use double or extra doses. Do not put two Boric Life pills in your vagina either (yes, we’ve heard of this happening)!
• Are there any side effects I should know about?
  The most common side effects may include:

  • redness, mild burning
  • a gritty sensation in the vagina.
• Will this product negatively interfere or react with a copper iud (paragard)?
  No, the product will not interfere with your IUD.
• Is it safe to use Boric Life on a regular basis?
  Yes, you can use Boric Life as many as 2-4 times per week!
